The mission of the M/WBE Program is to provide support services for local M/WBEs and to increase the number of firms competing for Chatham County procurement opportunities.

• To improve communication
• To facilitate training, workshops and networking opportunities
• To increase M/WBE utilization

M/WBE Program Objectives:

• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates. via email blast, program newsletter, various web outlets (and occasionally by fax or by phone when necessary)
• Facilitate workshops, training or networking opportunities each month
• Monitor, evaluate and report quarterly participation
